1. Services TKT Productions Inc. provides consulting services in business development, operational strategies, and creative project management. The scope of services will be outlined in a mutually agreed contract or service agreement for each client.

Payments for services are due as outlined in the respective service agreement.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
Meet agreed timelines and provide timely feedback to ensure the project’s success.
4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
5. Intellectual Property All deliverables created by TKT Productions Inc. during the course of the engagement remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability TKT Productions Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website and are effective upon posting.
